Java Tech Lead

Job summary

Adecco client is looking for a Java Tech Lead to lead a team of 5 members:

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate and analyze customer requirements.

• Receive and clarify analysis from HQ.

• Develop according to customer/HQ requirements.

• Perform re-testing of developed parts against initial requirements.

• Responsible for managing and leading the project team.

• Participate in some common tasks of the department.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in development of Web/Java with the ability to read and write services

• 2+ years of experience in leading technical team

• Experience working with JavaScript/HTML

• Strong experience working with SQL/PL SQL, procedures, and job scheduling

• Possesses strong problem solving skills

• Having a learning spirit and good teamwork skills

• Basic English language proficiency to communicate directly with HQ during work

• Nice to have:

• Experience working with drag-and-drop UI/UX platforms

• Proficient in using source code management tools such as SVN/GitHub

• Having a PMP certification

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
