Job summary

Our client - a company specialized in fruit and dairy products as well as manufacturing frozen desserts and confectioneries, is looking for a KAM - MT

Job Responsibilities

  • Define business plan and Retail roadmap by working with all the other departments (products development, marketing, R&D...)
  • Provide line of sight strategic channel development from planning through customer/ consumer insights to execution in trade
  • Understand and develop budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
  • Work closely with sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
  • Work with brand team & sales team to support Sales and Marketing plan and translate to trade marketing activity for cohesive through the line plan MT channel
  • Manage with brand manager the daily operations and marketing operations for each banner
  • Get new business development ideas with the Product development team
  • Deployment activity to customer and tracking performance with frequency report
  • Develop and review the Channel Guideline with all stakeholders to drive right pricing and assortment, brand visibility and to track execution of the guideline in market

Experience requirements

  • At least 4 years experience in the trade environment in the FMCG industry

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field
