Job summary
Our client is a textile manufacturing located in Binh Duong.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all laboratory activities.
- Develop and refine internal material testing standards based on international and domestic regulations related to textile and footwear testing (e.g., ISO, AATCC, ASTM, BS, GB, and other relevant standards) to support production.
- Develop and enhance internal finished product testing standards in line with customer testing requirements, ensuring that all products meet or exceed customer expectations. Support customer satisfaction and contribute to the acquisition of new clients.
- Establish and optimize departmental workflows and internal documentation, including operational procedures and work instructions.
- Assign testing tasks and monitor progress in alignment with R&D and mass production testing requirements.
- Review and issue laboratory test reports for finished products.
- Conduct regular training and evaluations on testing instruments and procedures; provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Collaborate with related departments to investigate and resolve significant quality issues.
- Develop departmental work plans and performance goals; report regularly on progress and outcomes.
- Align with the company's development strategy by planning and enhancing the laboratory’s quality management system and expanding its operational capabilities.
Experience requirements
- At least a high school education or above and strong overall competency.
- Experience in training from professional testing institutions.
- Minimum of four years’ experience in testing, including at least two years in a laboratory management role.
- Proficient in computer operation and Microsoft Office software.
- Familiar with ISO9000 international quality management systems and 6S methodology.
- Adequate English proficiency to handle basic written communication and correspondence.
- Strong ability to work independently, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
