Job Responsibilities

  • Legal Tasks
    • Implement directives from the Board of Directors (BOD) on legal matters related to the company's business activities, industry, and specific projects.
    • Analyze legal risks and propose solutions to the leadership for any issues arising during the company's operations.
    • Handle registration and licensing procedures related to legal activities, business operations, trade, diplomacy, social activities, etc.
    • Participate in preparing, constructing, and executing investment and business projects; support company departments and subsidiaries in preparing, negotiating, and finalizing transactions: drafting, reviewing, validating, negotiating, and proposing solutions to ensure the company’s interests.
    • Participate in resolving disputes, complaints, and lawsuits with customers (individuals or organizations), or legal proceedings to protect the company’s interests in case of issues.
    • Update accurately and in a timely manner any legal documents (from drafts), policies related to the company’s organization and business operations.
    • Advise on legal issues, support, and guide subsidiaries and departments in performing procedures, tasks in compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and internal regulations.
    • Represent the company or collaborate with other departments or teams to work with government agencies, organizations, or other individuals when needed, or as required by the legal team.
    • Perform other tasks as requested by the company’s leadership.
  • HR Support Tasks:
    • Receive and handle employee records for onboarding/termination in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and the company’s internal regulations.
    • Ensure the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
    • Update and adjust HR policies to align with current laws, monitor changes in legislation, and ensure the company’s HR policies remain compliant.
    • Work with relevant authorities to handle legal issues related to the company.

Experience requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the legal field, with preference given to candidates with experience working in a commercial business environment.
  • Experience in handling legal issues related to contract negotiation, legal compliance.

Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher, specializing in Law or related fields.
