Job Responsibilities
- Regularly draft, review and amend contracts and other legal documents in Vietnamese, English or Chinese.
- Review and negotiate legal issues between departments
- Legal and regulatory advice in contract negotiations and general company issues.
- Provide advice on new and existing regulatory requirements; as well as evaluate the impact of those regulations
- Support other legal work or projects of the company as required.
Experience requirements
- Use all 4 skills well in Chinese or English.
- Have at least ２- 3 years of experience in a similar position as Legal Staff in manufacturing companies
- Graduated with a major in Law
