Legal Supervisor

Job summary

Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Legal Supervisor with expertise in commercial contracts and labor law to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or factory settings, with over 5-10 years of experience as a lawyer.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage legal matters related to commercial contracts and labor law.
• Provide legal advice and support to the business, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external parties.
• Manage disputes, legal proceedings, and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Ensure that all legal processes align with company goals and best practices.

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, ideally with a focus on commercial contracts and labor law.
• Experience in the manufacturing or factory industry is required.
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education requirements

Additional Requirements:

• Must be willing to commute to the office, which is approximately 1 hour from the city center.
