Job summary
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving business performance. You will play a key role in client development, sales execution, and team growth, ensuring alignment with the brand’s values and standards.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
- Take ownership of team performance, ensuring monthly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to boost business results and product performance.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead by example in delivering the Client Promise through coaching and mentorship.
- Identify individual development needs and partner with the Field Coach Trainer to create tailored action plans.
- Recruit, train, and develop team talents to support succession planning and long-term team growth.
- Set clear goals and expectations while proactively managing team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages cooperation and motivation.
Client Experience & Business Development
- Cultivate a client-centric culture, ensuring outstanding service and long-term client relationships.
- Utilize client telling tools to maximize engagement and loyalty.
- Communicate brand strategies and business updates through regular team briefings and training sessions.
- Share market insights and product feedback with the Country Office to influence assortments and strategy.
- Leverage client feedback and team knowledge to optimize store experience and address client needs.
Sales Floor Management
- Be a visible and active presence on the sales floor, supporting the team in delivering exceptional service.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and actively contribute to achieving personal and team sales goals.
- Maximize selling opportunities through efficient floor management, client follow-up, and cross-selling strategies.
Product Category Expertise (Optional)
- Act as the local reference for a specific product category, sharing feedback with the merchandising team.
- Champion the category through knowledge sharing, briefings, and team training to drive category performance.
Operations
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, operational standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support inventory management and collaborate with the Store Manager on workforce planning.
- Take ownership of team performance, ensuring monthly and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to boost business results and product performance.
Experience requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in a retail leadership role, ideally in luxury or premium fashion.
· Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Deep understanding of customer service excellence and client development.
· Fluent in English to report and join meeting with the regional team
