Maintenance Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - a big electronics manufacturer around Ho Chi Minh is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join its strong team to drive maintenance operation and improvement within the factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of machinery, minimizing downtime, and leading a team of technicians in executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
• Lead, train, and supervise maintenance staff to meet operational goals.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to support new equipment installations and upgrades.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment; M&E industry preferred.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Fluent in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
