Job Responsibilities

Oversee Daily Operations:

• Manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments and functions of the school.
• Ensure the school’s educational and administrative processes are aligned with its strategic vision.

Business Strategy and Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement business strategies aimed at increasing revenue and improving the school's financial performance.
• Drive initiatives to increase student enrollment, maximize tuition revenue, and reduce operational costs.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion.

Policy Development and Implementation:

• Take responsibility for drafting, implementing, and enforcing company policies and regulations within the scope of authority.
• Ensure policies are in line with the institution’s goals and comply with local and international regulations.

Leadership and Team Management:

• Provide leadership and direction to the management team, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and goals.
• Foster a positive work environment and cultivate a high-performing team.

Financial Oversight:

• Oversee the financial management of the school, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure fiscal responsibility and the efficient allocation of resources.

Experience requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other managerial positions, ideally in education or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, and fundraising.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and management best practices.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications (Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Education, or related fields).
