Marketing Excellence Executive (Pharma)

Job summary

A well-known company in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products is looking for Marketing Excellence Executive to join their dynamic team in HCMC.

Job Responsibilities

• Event Organization: Plan and execute symposia, CME events, physician education programs, and public awareness initiatives related to the product and disease area.
• Medical & Scientific Support: Assist Product Managers in building relationships with medical experts, providing scientific information, and offering medical insights to customers.
• Business Development: Support specific projects to strengthen customer relationships, explore new opportunities, and provide technical expertise to medical representatives.
• Marketing & Market Intelligence:
  • Develop and review promotional materials (printed and digital) to ensure field teams have up-to-date product and scientific knowledge.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to managers.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, optimizing resources, and tracking ROI.
• Collaboration & Liaison: Work with marketing agencies on PR campaigns, medical education, and customer events.
• People Management:
  • Coordinate with field teams to implement marketing plans effectively
  • Foster a strong team culture by setting clear expectations, providing support, and promoting collaboration
  • Support managers in coaching field reps and ensuring proper training for new hires

Experience requirements

• Have at least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, three years of which is in a supervisory capacity.
• Open-minded and have ability to work in a team atmosphere with flexible attitude to work,
• Available for travel most of your working time

Education requirements

• Degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry (ETC channel preferred).
• Strong marketing skills and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical products, and health economics.
