National Channel Manager

Job summary

Our client has a longstanding presence in Vietnam, offering crucial products in family planning and HIV awareness for over 25 years. Now they are looking for dynamic, committed, and success-driven candidates for the position of National Channel Manager to setup and manage/lead our pharmacy chains sector, in particular a team of Medical Representatives (MRs). Candidate must possess strong leadership qualities to recruit, train, motivate and support the MSR team and build the pharmacy chains, pharmacy retails and MT channel across Vietnam country.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage sales team in nationwide.
• Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the region are properly implemented in order to motivate sales teams to succeed.
• Provide business partners with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales.
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network
• Ensure achievement of sales fundamentals for the region.
• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support by way of merchandising to provide brands availability and visibility.
• Implement and monitor trade promotions, incentive programs
• Ability to arrange and facilitate training with professional medical institutions to our own and distributors marketing and sales force, healthcare providers, etc

Experience requirements

• 7 - 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, with at least 3 years’ experience in management level
• Knowledge of the reproductive health/gynaetology sector and/or experience in hospital channel will be an added advantage.
• Fluent communication in English and Vietnamese is a must

Education requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or other related Health Sciences field.
