Job Responsibilities

  • Develops Strategic Account Plans aligning company’s capabilities with key hospital needs.
  • Identifies business opportunities and guides the KAM team in territory management, tender expansion, KOL engagement, and access initiatives.
  • Collaborates with key hospital stakeholders to plan and execute partnership programs that enhance access.
  • Works with Marketing to implement programs in Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Leads KAM team in stakeholder advocacy and education on company's portfolios.
  • Achieves access and key account performance goals while driving business growth.
  • Enhances disease awareness, patient adherence, and policy engagement at the account level.
  • Centralizes key account management and tender activities, serving as Abbott’s contact point.
  • Ensures seamless program execution with the Field Force team.
  • Coaches and supports KAMs in proactive account management and performance improvement.
  • Monitors sales performance and develops action plans to meet business objectives.

Experience requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, including management responsibilities.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry, working closely with business functions and external partners.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and management.
