Job Responsibilities
- Achieve business target
- Allocate target and manage performance
- Analyze market and competitor’s business trend
- Price management
- Preemptive pricing based on competitors, customer and market information
- Check and evaluate price positioning and suggest price positioning policy
- Construct business plan that is suitable for home appliances business and potential clients.
- Maintain & develop relationships with customer and manage partner/ client expectations
- Manage customer portfolio in Indonesia for sales expansion and business development.
- Developed strategies for whitegoods for the previous company.
- To be able to execute profound benchmark analysis on home appliances product categories in Indonesia.
- To be able to leading relationships with all major retailer groups, company procurement offices and construction developers in Indonesia.
- Conducting business in an international environment with constant travels to abroad
- Running an international account from all aspects including sales, stock management, customer relations, etc.
- Building up a business strategies in designated markets and following global technology trends.
- Analyzing the market, customers and performance of the department and reporting to management.
- Handling both sales and people management. Coaching and building team members’ capability
Experience requirements
- Min 5 years of experience in whitegoods market in Indonesia.
- Managed a team of sales and/or marketing and/or business development for at least 5 years.
- Being open minded and ready to learn and explore, eager to experience new cultures
- Being persuasive with great communications and presentation skills
- Having the ability to think outside the box
- Having negotiation skills on an international scale
