Job Responsibilities

·        Achieve booking & margin target

·        Prospect new customers and develop existing customers

·  Develop business network within developers, main contractors, influencers (consultants, building designers, architects…)

·        Provide advise upstream the projects about company products and service, specifications and value engineering possibilities, company differentiation (Safety, Green, process quality)

·        Develop an accurate business pipeline, update timely, qualify projects in Active Portfolio with high probability booking – Ensure pipeline volume to achieve booking target

·    Prepare business forecast monthly, report with accuracy and take commitment for actual bookings

·        Comply to company procedures for big and major projects follow up

·        Ensure timely collection

Experience requirements

  • Preferred candidate will have 3+ years of relevant project sales experience
  • English communication must have
  • Candidates must possess proficient presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide variety of people with diverse background of all levels and disciplines
  • Able to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
  • Highly self-motivated individuals with go-getter attitude who have the ability to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities are a must

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
