NPI Engineer

Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Hưng Yên. In this role, you will be responsible for launching new products through metal stamping, plastic injection molding, and assembly processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to ensure smooth project implementation from trial to mass production. Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new product manufacturing, including metal stamping, plastic injection molding, and assembly processes.
• Collaborate on design reviews, tooling and equipment trials, and pilot production runs.
• Support testing and validation of injection molds and stamping dies.
• Communicate daily with the headquarters' design office regarding progress and technical issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Proficient in 3D CAD software and BOM file management.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of metal stamping and plastic injection molding is a strong advantage.
