Job summary

Our client is global textile manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Participate in quarterly capacity assessment and planning, develop demand plans for batch production, and monitor execution progress.
  2. Serve as a key coordinator between upstream and downstream production processes, ensuring alignment with the core production plan.
  3. Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules, and adjust plans based on actual production changes such as order transfers, additions, or reallocation.
  4. Support the master planning process, compile regular production reports (weekly/monthly), and provide data for internal reviews and inspections.
  5. Follow up on material readiness to ensure that the master production plan aligns with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
  6. Prepare production schedules for outsourced processes, based on the sales department’s delivery commitments.
  7. Develop demand arrival plans for outsourced production stages based on delivery timelines and production needs.
  8. Consolidate and analyze production execution data, and collaborate with relevant departments to communicate findings and ensure alignment.


Experience requirements

  1. Education: High school diploma or above.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning within the garment/textile industry.
    • Strong understanding of garment design, development, and production processes.
  1. Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in PMC (Production & Material Control) principles.
    • Skilled in using planning tools and methods to manage production and material plans.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  1. Soft Skills:
    • Strong logical thinking and risk awareness.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
    • High adaptability and ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
