PR Executive

Job summary

Our client, a leading Luxury Brand is looking for PR Executive.

Job Responsibilities

The PR Executive will support the Senior Communication Manager.

1. Public Relations and Media/Press Activities

• Maintain relationships with media and press.
• Develop professional connections with key media personnel, especially editors and stylists.
• Ensure maximum editorial coverage for key launches, events, and press trips.
• Arrange and verify products and documents for photo shoot requests.
• Manage the organization and scheduling of press rack: RTW, shoes, and leather goods.
• Compile monthly clipping reports 
• Support events, both in-store and external, related to luxury retail.
• Assemble and distribute press kits as scheduled.
• Oversee PR agency activities in the local market to maintain the brand’s image.
• Develop and maintain product placement and celebrity endorsements.

2. Administrative Management

• Maintain PR-related budgets.
• Manage and update the media database.
• Handle filing, invoice checking, and payments.

3. Communication and Reporting

• Ensure smooth communication regarding PR activities.
• Keep the Manager updated on all ongoing correspondence.
• Distribute the monthly clipping report to department heads, stores, and Paris.
• Coordinate with the warehouse (where applicable).
• Liaise with the retail team and store network.

4. Other Duties

• Perform additional tasks as required.

Experience requirements

• At least 3 years of PR experience in the luxury industry.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent writing skills, including experience in press release editing and translation.
• Knowledge of local print production and graphic interpretation.
• Strong management skills in dealing with external agencies and public relations.
• Tertiary education in communication, business administration, or marketing.
