Process Engineer

Job summary

A new job opportunity as Process Engineer has just arisen in a Global Manufacturing company which is set up its operations in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and improve product specifications from finished goods to raw materials
• Design customized component drawings and process documentation
• Prepare and manage BoMs and ERP master data
• Plan capacity, cycle times, and standard work to enhance production efficiency
• Provide technical support to production and assist in solving daily issues
• Support quality analysis, corrective actions, and supplier collaboration
• Ensure updated specifications per ISO9001 and support NPI activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and supervise/train staff as needed

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 6+ years' experience in mechanical/product/process engineering
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools
• Strong communication skills and good English proficiency
