Job summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Marketing Staff to support the development and execution of marketing strategies for IT products including laptops, desktops, and projectors. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, market-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Product Marketing & Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for IT product categories.
  • Assist in analyzing market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to propose go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor sell-out data and consumer behavior to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.

2. Sell-out Management

  • Track sales performance and campaign effectiveness on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Propose and implement sell-out programs to boost product visibility and sales performance.
  • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for each program and suggest improvements.

3. Channel & Account Support

  • Collaborate with sales and channel partners to implement channel-specific marketing programs.
  • Address and help resolve channel conflicts or pricing issues in coordination with internal teams.
  • Review and update account performance plans on a regular basis.

4. Pricing & Positioning

  • Assist in setting competitive product pricing and promotions.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and product specifications to support strategic pricing decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and updated pricing documentation for internal teams.

5. Campaign Execution & Market Sensing

  • Coordinate with regional marketing and sales teams to roll out product campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and develop appropriate response plans.
  • Support product launches, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.

Experience requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, trade marketing, or sales—preferably in consumer electronics or IT products.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
