• Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for our Web3 products to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize brand awareness and product adoption.
• Leverage data analytics to optimize marketing performance, including A/B testing and user segmentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and innovative marketing team.

Experience requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing within the tech industry
• Expertise in data analytics, A/B testing, and leveraging data to optimize marketing strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive product growth and market penetration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex ideas.
• Interest in and understanding of Web3, blockchain, and DeFi
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, as well as collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies
• Strong professional English language proficiency
