Job summary

An International Corporation produces industrial test, electrical measurement, and diagnostic tool is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to expand their business.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and lead key initiatives to drive local revenue growth and work closely with Sales Teams/Channel Partners on a monthly basis on PO received correspond to Forecast target completion period

• Provide complete technical and product support to local team so that they can better support end users and channel partners

• Develop go-to-market strategy and programs/solutions for key growth industries to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals

• Analyse market size and demand as well as competition analysis data for particular product categories

Create localized value-selling materials for your flagship products while considering the local market environment.

• Increasing product mindshare among sales representatives by developing marketing materials and promotions, as well as providing the right amount of sales assistance to reach product group goals.

• Communicating with the Corporation's Business Units, Marketing, and Sales teams about product development, regional market trends, and competitive challenges for particular product categories in order to support Product

• Management, Sales, and Marketing activities, analyse customer profiles.

• Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements for particular market segments.

• Stay informed about shifts in market demands on a regular basis. Assist

• Management in creating strategic goals and tactical plans that will propel important product groups and focus industries.

• Lead initiatives through promotion, education, and training.

• Help create, adapt, and present potential PR article topics and client case studies for trade print and online publication

• Assure that products meet safety and regulatory standards and that the necessary certification is in place.

• Assist line managers in identifying development opportunities through day-to-day operations.

Experience requirements

• Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• The ability to react quickly to changing demands and market conditions

• Marketing knowledge and experience, with a flair for analysis, research, and creative writing

• the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• excellent analytical, time management, and organizational skills

• Dedication to teamwork and ability to operate in a matrix management environment

Education requirements

• A diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in an electrical technical field
