Product Specialist (Pacs)

Job summary

Our client is a leading company specializing in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities

Product Management & Clinical Understanding

• Handle PACS/IT Workstation products with a strong clinical understanding.
• Prepare product materials, including spec sheets, brochures, case studies, user guides, and clinical training content.
• Collaborate with teams in other nations to gather product information and receive training.

Marketing & Event Support

• Assist in marketing events such as seminars, workshops, and exhibitions to promote products.
• Manage and maintain event schedules and budgets.
• Develop promotional materials such as white papers, recommendation letters, and KOL videos.

Sales & Distributor Support

• Conduct site surveys and provide demo support.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for potential customers, highlighting key product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Help distributors understand customer needs, workflows, and limitations to propose optimal products, configurations, and solutions.
• Provide product training and sales materials (PPT, videos, white papers, etc.) to distributors.
• Offer technical and application training for both distributors and customers.
• Address technical and application-related inquiries from distributors and assist in problem resolution.

Post-Sales Support

• Support distributors in project management for system implementation at customer sites.
• Assist in defining optimal workflows and configurations based on customer requirements and ensuring all necessary components are ready for installation.
• Help integrate healthcare IT products with third-party IT systems and medical modalities at customer sites.
• Provide ongoing technical and application training to distributors and customers.

Market Research & Additional Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on PACS/IT Workstation trends.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Experience requirements

Experience

• Experience in PACS/HIS or Healthcare IT.
• Priority: having experiences in medical devices, especially the major of Diagnostic Imaging.

Skills

• Good English communication skills
• Presentations, Customer Care, Negotiation, Support Skills
• Well organized, high responsibility, good teamwork skills

Education requirements

Knowledge related to IT Business, IT Sales, IT System & Infrastructures, IT Basic/ HealthCare Sale Experience and Indirect Sales, Distributor Care Experience is advantage.
