Job summary
Our client is Hongkong factory in garment, textile based in Binh Duong.
Job Responsibilities
- Arrange production tasks and follow up on delivery schedules for the entire factory.
- Coordinate production plans across various production lines and public production departments.
- Ensure production is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Conduct pre-production meetings to discuss scheduling, cost control, and quality improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Resolve abnormal issues in the production process, including process, quality, and progress concerns.
- Oversee the implementation of 5S management practices and coordinate timely corrective actions with department heads.
- Review and approve labor cost reports from departments, manage production expenses, and optimize cost savings.
- Escalate unresolved problems in a timely manner to prevent losses.
- Align production goals with the company’s development strategy and support factory growth initiatives.
Experience requirements
- High school diploma or higher; major in clothing and textiles preferred.
- Priority given to candidates with experience in producing mid- to high-end sweaters and those with a background in fast fashion operations.
- Strong knowledge of fabric, auxiliary materials, and garment structures (men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel).
- Proficient in garment production technology and quality control processes.
- Skilled in planning, delivery, site management, cost control, and meeting production targets.
- Familiarity with digital transformation, standardization, and modernization within the clothing industry.
- Strong industry insight and awareness of development trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, execution, and team management skills.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure.
