Production Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - a global industrial product manufacturer with a strong establishment in Vietnam is looking for a Production Manager to join their manufacturing team. This incumbent will lead and manage daily production operations to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, and productivity in line with global standards. Drive continuous improvement and team development in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tire production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain departments for seamless production flow.
• Monitor production KPIs and initiate corrective actions to optimize performance.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team leaders and operators to strengthen capabilities.
• Manage production planning and manpower allocation based on business demands.
• Support corporate initiatives and liaise with headquarters on technical standards and reporting.

Experience requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years in heavy manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in managing teams and production lines
• Strong understanding of lean tools and safety protocols
• Good English communication

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Management
