Production Supervisor

Job summary

Adecco's client - an international manufacturing company is looking for 3 Production Supervisors to join their dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production team to meet performance targets in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS, and quality regulations.
• Provide training and certification for associates based on SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Manage production scheduling, machine & workforce capacity, and cost performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Investigate and contain quality issues to minimize customer impact.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including PPE compliance and LOTO application.

Experience requirements

• Strong data analysis skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in manufacturing processes; lean and six sigma knowledge preferred.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to work 3 rotating shifts (Mon-Sat).

Education requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant field.
