Project Management Lead (Education)

Job summary

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle of the University’s establishment, ensuring milestones are met.
• Act as the central coordination point for university leaders, faculty, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead the implementation of operational plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication and reporting between the university leadership, government bodies, and external partners.

Experience requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management, higher education, or large-scale institutional development.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects, preferably in education or infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and risk management skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• Higher education administration, corporate project management, or consulting.
