Job summary

Adecco's Client is a FDI manufacturing company, invested by US company.

Job Responsibilities

·        Follow-up on customer requirements and maintenance of customer relationships.

o  Timely and accurately confirm customer orders, delivery requirements, and other issues, and respond to customers with the company's corresponding status.

o  Greet visiting guests.

o  Maintain effective communication with clients and promptly resolve project-related issues.

·        Project process management.

o  Chair weekly project meetings for the projects under your responsibility, ensuring that all project activities are completed on time.

o  Attend production and shipping meetings to ensure OTD (On-Time Delivery) is achieved at over 90%.

o  Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notice) implementation and ensure that any cost (CIA) generated from ECN changes is approved by the responsible party in advance.

o  Attend weekly quality meetings and provide timely feedback on customer quality requirements.

o  Hold emergency meetings related to the project and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve project-related issues.

·        New product introduction

o  Follow up on the new product introduction for the projects under your responsibility.

·        Daily administrative tasks and other duties

o  Complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors

Experience requirements

·        Over 7 years of project management experience, with experience in the electronics industry preferred.

·        Good command of English (4 skills)

·        Proficient in Excel, familiar with various report preparation and proficient in report analysis.

·        Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, organizational, and management skills, with an outgoing and cheerful personality.

·        Diligent and meticulous, honest and dedicated, proactive, flexible in responding to situations.

·        Strong communication and coordination skills, with a team spirit.

·        Serious work attitude, able to maintain a good working state under significant pressure.

·        Received training in project management.

 

Education requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Production Engineering and Management or related majors
