Job Responsibilities

• Key contact for Major accounts
• Rapport building & explore on any new business opportunities.
• Ensure committed SLA to customer are met & fulfill
• Lead the team (Executive, Buyer & Sales Admin) & provide guidance in meeting customer expectation
• Source & work with suppliers/courier/freight forwarder to support customers' requirement
• Meeting KPIs set (Revenue, Profitability, Account Receivables & Inventory holding)
• Provide Management with reports on account update.
• Analysis on existing account opportunities & threats
• Support any new accounts brought in by Business Development team
• Able to make appropriate decision that puts company's interest in priority.
• Act as Project Manager for new Business/ Project implementation from start till project go live.

Experience requirements

• Degree Holder
• Fluent in English (Written, Spoken) & Chinese (Preferred but not a must).
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with min supervision
• Team leader, good judgment & decision making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft offices tool (Words, Excel & PowerPoint) preferred
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistic/PC industries
