QA Manager

Job summary

This position will undergo several months of training at the headquarters in China before officially starting work.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor the quality management (QA) system throughout the dyeing process.
• Ensure products meet technical specifications, customer quality standards, and internal regulations.
• Analyze defect causes and propose improvement solutions to minimize defective products.
• Manage the QA/QC team, including training and developing staff competencies.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, R&D, and sales departments to resolve quality issues.
• Work directly with customers on quality-related matters and periodic inspections.
• Manage quality documentation and records and prepare regular reports.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Dyeing, Quality Management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a QA Manager position (preferably in dyeing/washing/fabric industries).
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, or textile industry standards like OEKO-TEX, ZDHC.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.

Education requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Dyeing, Quality Management, or related fields.
