Job summary

Adecco's client - An FMCG (Dairy products) company is looking for a QA Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop (establish, revise, update) management plans for Quality and Food Safety standards in production.
  • Inspect compliance with quality and food safety standards and propose improvements for quality and food safety issues.
  • Lead preventive and corrective actions.
  • Oversee the operation of the ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and FSSC 22000 management systems.
  • Prepare Quality and Food Safety reports as required by relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle third-party or customer audits and lead corrective and improvement activities.
  • Address customer complaints.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Experience requirements

  • At least 10 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years in managing departments related to food or beverage

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
