QA Manager

Job summary

Our client — a leading player in the Furniture/Sofa Manufacturing — is currently seeking an QA Manager to join their team in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct audits of suppliers’ quality management systems to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Strengthen the reliability of new product development processes while maintaining adherence to internal quality benchmarks and compliance requirements.
• Supervise production activities at supplier facilities to verify that manufacturing meets expected quality levels.
• Perform inspections on finished goods to confirm proper construction, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with customer expectations.
• Define quality standards for raw materials and in-process components, and monitor suppliers’ adherence to these requirements.
• Lead and provide guidance to inspection staff, technicians, and other team members involved in quality control.

Experience requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the furniture or related industry.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of working independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Able to conduct research and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Proficiency in either English.
• Strong communication skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Practical, proactive, and open to teamwork in a collaborative environment.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
