QC Manager

Job summary

Our client — a leading player in the Furniture/Sofa Manufacturing — is currently seeking an QC Manager (Chinese Speaking) to join their team in Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee quality standards and proactively implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
• Analyze audit reports and customer feedback to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership in regular meetings to address concerns related to processes, product quality, or operational efficiency.
• Lead root cause investigations to identify and resolve defects or process-related issues.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation of all quality assurance activities and outcomes.
• Train new team members on company protocols, policies, and quality control procedures to ensure consistent execution.
• Monitor team performance, identifying both strengths and areas for development; implement corrective and developmental measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct routine inspections of production facilities to identify potential risks, safety concerns, or quality-related issues.

Experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality Control leadership role.
• At least 1 year of experience specifically in quality management within the furniture industry.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in either English or Chinese.
• Possesses a logical and proactive mindset, with strong communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
