Job summary
Adecco's client - A foreign direct investment (FDI) company specializing in the production of high-quality beverages. Leveraging advanced technology and rigorous quality control, they are committed to delivering superior products to consumers is seeking talented QC Supervisor to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Quality Control Operations
- Supervise daily QC operations, including sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality issues in real time to minimize production downtime.
2. Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate records of QC activities, including test results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
3. Team Management
- Train, coach, and supervise the QC team to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Assign and manage workloads to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
4. Process Improvement
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement changes to processes and procedures to enhance product quality.
- Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues and improve formulations.
5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
- Promote and enforce safety protocols within the QC team.
- Ensure all QC activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Experience requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and testing methods (e.g., ISO, HACCP, GMP).
- Proficiency in using laboratory testing equipment and software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Education requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in the beverage or food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
