Job Responsibilities

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Manage the Document Control Center (DCC) to ensure effective control of documentation.
• Supervise internal audit activities and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
• Lead the implementation of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Coordinate second-party and third-party audits, ensuring audit readiness and follow-up.
• Oversee Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and calibration management processes.
• Conduct process audits and product audits to ensure compliance and drive improvement.
• Organize and coordinate Management Review meetings as scheduled.
• Support and coordinate activities related to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance.

Experience requirements

• Have certified ISO/IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate.
• At least 5 years work experience in ISO/IATF 16949 quality management field..
• Have good command of ISO/IATF16949 management system.
• Have rich experiences in utilizing 7 quality tools and five core manuals that is APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA.
• Have the knowledge of AS9100 /ISO13485 / ISO14001/OHSAS18001 .
• Able to communicate in English and with careful manner
• Good PC skills, be familiar with MS Office.
• Honest, hardworking, good communication skills.

Education requirements

Bachelor degree or above.
