Job summary
Adecco's client - A leading international company in plastic products manufacturing in Tay Ninh is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities
- Quality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system (QMS) to maintain and improve product quality standards.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor the quality team to ensure consistent application of quality control procedures and standards across all production processes.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, certifications, and company policies related to quality and safety.
- Audits and Inspections: Plan and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory and customer audits.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurrence.
- Testing and Inspection: Supervise the testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with suppliers to monitor and improve the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Reporting: Prepare and present quality performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance quality processes and standards, incorporating lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Experience requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proven experience with quality management systems and auditing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive quality culture across teams.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
Education requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
