Quality Manager

Job summary

Our client, leading global furniture development and supply organization, is looking for talented Quality Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform internal testing on products/packaging to ensure they meet required standards, including tests such as drop tests, stability tests, impact tests, UKFR burn tests, and rubbing tests for colorfastness, among others.
• Oversee product inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Identify and proactively address potential areas for improvement at the factory, providing feedback to the QA Engineer.
• Engage with suppliers to discuss inspection findings after the inspection process is completed.
• Lead the QC team in preparing monthly reports, analyzing defects, and recommending improvements to suppliers.
• Ensure all relevant technical documents, approved samples, and swatches are available during the final inspection phase.

Experience requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product quality inspection within the home furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of furniture construction, design, and stability.
• Significant experience with factory and process audits.
• In-depth technical knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and methods.
• Familiarity with the Qarma system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
