Quality Manager

Job summary

Adecco's client - an electronics manufacturing company based around HCM (shuttle bus is provided) is calling CHINESE EXPATS for the Quality Manager position.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire quality department, manage and assess team performance.
• 负责整个质量部门的运营，管理和评估团队绩效。
• Plan and implement long-term training programs for department personnel.
• 制定并实施部门人员的长期培训计划。
• Set quality goals, ensure system effectiveness and compliance.
• 设定质量目标，确保质量体系的有效性和合规性。
• Maintain customer relationships and manage suppliers.
• 维护客户关系，管理供应商。
• Drive continuous quality improvement.
• 推动持续的质量改进。
• Perform other tasks assigned by the leader.
• 完成领导交办的其他任务。

Experience requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or related fields.
• 电子或相关专业本科以上学历。
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• 至少3年相关职位工作经验。
• Proficient in QC tools, 8D/5C, SPC, FMEA, and ISO9001; experience with PPAP and customer audits.
• 熟练掌握QC工具、8D/5C、SPC、FMEA，熟悉ISO9001体系；具备PPAP和客户审核经验。
• Skilled in office software, strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通能力、团队协作和问题解决能力。
• Good English communication; Chinese proficiency preferred.
• 具备良好的英语沟通能力，会中文者优先。
