Job summary

An excellent Sales B2C job based in Hanoi has just arisen at one of the world's leading manufacturing companies.

Job Responsibilities

As the Sales B2C, you will be responsible for the following:

General activities:

  • Deploys an action plan concerns the customers (dealer/users) in the assigned territory.
  • Develop (together with concerns parties) and deploys the necessary tools and documentations which are to be used with customers e.g. price list, tools or equipment, dealer card, end user card, etc.
  • Create the development of sales volume and Share of Market (SOM) concerns the assigned territory.
  • Bring in or create new dealers and end users.
  • Develop volume and SOM of their portfolio.
  • Building up the relationship of Michelin brand with dealers and end users.
  • Contribute to promotion events and carry on company campaigns to dealer and end users.
  • Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer.

Dealer activities:

  • Accountable sales target and negotiate in order to reach the objective setting for dealers
  • Manage/ implement distribution approach methodology and partnering programs
  • When meeting with dealer, has to manage purchase quality, stock checking, etc.
  • Improves basic technical knowledge and sales skills to dealers.

Experience requirements

  • Over 5 years of industry experience in sales position.
  • Good experience in working with dealers.
  • Good analyst skill, acumen, strong commercial mindset and communication.
  • English efficiency (preferably in IELTS above 6.5 or equivalent).
  • Honest, proactive, innovative, self-motivated
  • Result oriented, collaborating, influencing & innovating
  • Leadership potential
  • Good under pressure and non-standard working time
  • Willing travelling

Education requirements

  • Bachelor/master’s degree from business and economic backgrounds.
  • GPA (Grade Point Average): above 3.0 out of 4.0 or 7.0 out of 10 or equivalent.
