Sales Director

Job summary

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the national sales strategy in line with the company’s long-term vision
• Lead and develop the sales organization, ensuring high performance and team alignment
• Manage and grow key customer relationships and strategic accounts
• Identify market opportunities, channel strategies, and business development initiatives
• Set and manage sales budgets, KPIs, and forecasting models
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and other cross-functional departments
• Represent the company in negotiations, industry forums, and client-facing engagements

Experience requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–12+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven ability to manage large sales teams and deliver on ambitious revenue goals
• Industry experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or technical B2B sales preferred
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Track record in creating and implementing successful go-to-market strategies
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English

Education requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
