  • Proactively follow up on all sales opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage sales leads, prospects, and customer accounts in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing sales support to existing channel partners.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets by researching customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Develop new business relationships within assigned industries and nurture existing customer partnerships.
  • Represent and promote company products professionally at trade shows, conferences, and industry seminars.
  • Establish and maintain industry contacts to generate and grow sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales bookings, potential opportunities, customer feedback, activity plans, and other performance metrics as required.
  • Actively participate in regular sales meetings and contribute constructive feedback and suggestions to enhance product solutions.
  • Address technical and commercial inquiries during the pre-sales stage effectively.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that are customized to meet the specific needs of customers.
  • Gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence to support strategic planning and product development.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technological advancements that influence the company’s target markets.
  • Deliver recurring product training sessions for both channel partners and end users to support sales growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors, particularly in the Southern Vietnam region.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or General Director from time to time.

Experience requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated, mature, and fast-learning individual to join our team in this newly established role. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently and possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in technical sales. Prior experience in selling analytical instruments—such as particle size analyzers, XRF, or other laboratory equipment—is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working on government projects or in private/FDI laboratories will be considered a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • A self-driven individual with a positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The ability to remain calm and logical under pressure is essential.
  • Solid planning and time management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • A team-oriented mindset is required; leadership experience will be considered an asset.
  • High proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Vietnam, and occasionally throughout Vietnam and overseas, sometimes on short notice.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new products as needed.

Education requirements

  • A recognized degree in Science, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
