Job summary

A Sales Executive has just come available in one of the most respected global Medical Devices companies. The candidate must have experience in In-Vitro Diagnostics.

Job Responsibilities

  • Development & execution of effective Sales strategy for assigned customers with distributors, e.g. technical product presentation, promotions
  • Ensure accuracy of revenue forecast and delivery of financial targets, orders & revenue of assigned customers.
  • Manage tender/procurement stage related tasks - work with commercial/legal teams on terms and conditions.
  • Work with Product Manager to manage customer expectation
  • Monitor installed base contract compliance and proactively support both the business partner and/or end customer
  • Coordination of service support keep abreast with service support issues/ status and help maintain customer's satisfaction. 

Experience requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device
  • Understand the diagnostics laboratory market, with sales knowledge of the healthcare market in the respective country
  • Sales experience in managing complex and strategic sales cycles
  • Presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer know how: organization, decision process, strategy and value chain
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with working with distributors

Education requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Medical or equivalent
