Job summary

A global leader in advanced medical equipment, specializing in physiotherapy, cardiology, and cutting-edge robotic systems. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with state-of-the-art technology that transforms patient outcomes. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Specialist to drive sales across multiple product lines, including physiotherapy solutions, cardiovascular diagnostic devices, and robotic-assisted systems, targeting Ho Chi Minh City and surrounding provinces.

Job Responsibilities

Customer Identification and Engagement:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across physiotherapy centers, cardiology clinics, hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), department heads, and specialists in physiotherapy, cardiology, and surgery.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets across product categories.
  • Customize sales strategies to align with the specific needs of physiotherapists, cardiologists, and surgery teams.
  • Educate clients on the value and benefits of advanced technology solutions.

Tender and Bidding Management:

  • Lead preparation and submission of tenders for physiotherapy devices, cardiovascular diagnostics, and robotic systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop competitive and compliant tender proposals.

Territory and Client Relationship Management:

  • Manage and expand client relationships within assigned territories, ensuring comprehensive market coverage.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare providers, maintaining a proactive presence in the market.

Reporting and Market Insights:

  • Submit detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide market intelligence to inform strategic planning and product positioning.

Experience requirements

Experience

  • At least 3 years’ experience in sales and account management in medical device industry
  • Proven track record in tendering and bidding processes is an advantage.

Other skills

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse product portfolio and engage with various healthcare professionals.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces.
  • Experience in physiotherapy, cardiology, or robotics sales.
  • Existing network with professionals and decision-makers in healthcare institutions.
  • Technical understanding of physiotherapy devices, cardiovascular diagnostics, and robotic-assisted systems.

Education requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, Rehabilitation, Cardiology, or a related field.
