Job summary
The multi-year experience in the jewelry sector and the high specialization in metallurgy coupled to passion and enthusiasm, render our client one of the companies more renowned for the production of alloys and master alloys for jewelry. Job Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Support:
- Present and promote metal alloys to customers, explaining their features and benefits. o Provide technical assistance on issues related to the jewelry production process.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, grounded in technical expertise and product quality.
- Training and Development
- Participate in initial technical training in Italy to deepen knowledge of alloys and production processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
- Technical Problem Management
- Support customers in resolving production defects related to alloys (e.g., casting issues, hardness, breakage).
- Collaborate with the technical team to identify tailored solutions when needed.
Experience requirements
- Sales Skills: Ability to present and sell products, build relationships with clients, and manage negotiations.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of alloy processing methods (plastic deformation, heat treatment, investment casting), common production issues (hardness, cracking, brittleness, porosity), and applicable solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address critical issues in customers’ production processes.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to undergo technical training in Italy to acquire all necessary competencies.
Education requirements
- The representative must have a solid technical background.
