Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join a multinational company. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a team of sales professionals to drive the promotion and sales of our cutting-edge dermatology products, your mission will include expanding market reach, forging strong customer relationships, and collaborating with functional teams to create impactful strategies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive the promotion and sales of our products to medical professionals, including doctors.
  • Expand the market presence and penetration of our product portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize the synergy between marketing initiatives and sales efforts.
  • Organize and support promotional events, such as product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, and product demonstrations.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners to ensure long-term business success.

Experience requirements

  • Proven experience in medical sales, particularly with dermatology products marketed to doctors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a sales team effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building rapport and fostering trust.
  • Positive, dynamic, and results-driven mindset.
  • Hardworking, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field;
