Job summary

Our client is FMCG distributor from Singapore currently looking for Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Listing to key MT chains: Coopmart, Vinmart, Big C, Aeon, Lotte, Emart and others small chains
  • Advise potential new products and how to launch to Vietnam markets
  • Manage customer accounts to achieve the Company’s business objectives and sales targets; develop and maintain good long term business relationships with customers. Plan and propose sales promotions, pricing structures, plan-o-grams and POSM for brands and products under your charge.
  • Coordinate with customers and lead promotion team members to execute and monitor approved sales promotions, plan-o-grams, product assortments, pricing, as per agreed schedule.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly tracking and monitoring of sales performance and promotions of products and customers under your charge. To submit such sales reports punctually to the General Director and Accountant as required.
  • Closely coordinate with relevant colleagues and customers to ensure sales promotions, sales activities, product supplies, product launch activities are implemented smoothly. This promotion must work closely with the General Manager and Accountant to anticipate sales movements to avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Collect and submit market intelligence to the General Manager weekly.
  • Responsible for training, coaching and developing sales team members to meet the business objectives and sales targets of the Company
  • Manage distributors

Experience requirements

  • Minimum experience 3 – 5 years as Sales Manager with strong listing experiences. Preferable having experience managing and negotiating with key personnel in the purchasing department (Eg: Vinmart / Big C / Coopmart / Circle K / Mini Stop). Entailing with hands on sales experiences.
  • Experience managing sales team of 5-10 peoples to meet target
  • Experience with introducing new products to market
  • Able to plan forward and execute effective promotional activities
  • Possess communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Able to plan and organize within the scope of MT management
  • Willing to work in start-up environment
  • Able to converse in English
