Job Responsibilities

  • Manage sales team to achieve growth and revenue goals set forth in each period.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan, expand corporate customer database and improve brand recognition.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, set goals, train and track salespeople's performance.
  • Plan and host weekly meetings with business teams.
  • Solve problems and complaints from customers related to sales and services.
  • Connect corporate headquarters with customers and salespeople in the field.
  • Work and understand customers' needs and tastes to build and develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Track sales team data and report to CEO.
  • Presentation of sales, revenue and expense reports; Realistic forecast for CEO.
  • Analyze business results and develop plans to improve performance.
  • Identify emerging markets and market changes with comprehensive awareness of new products and current competitive landscape.

Experience requirements

  • Have experience in the field of e-commerce payment, have knowledge of the internet, information technology
  • Good communication skills, negotiating skills, customer persuasion, and ability to analyze and evaluate the market
  • Candidates who have worked in payment solution providers, payment gateways, e-commerce, software ...
  • Experience: 05 years or more.

Education requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Economics, Business Administration, E-commerce or related majors.
