(Senior) Accounting Manager

Job summary

Our client is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to join their company and to continue developing their high performing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Month-end close processes, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
• Handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory.
• Managing cash flow forecasts.
• Controlling assets.
• Reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Reviewing and approving all business transactions.
• Providing advice and solutions to support daily business operations.
• Enforcing proper accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and HQ standards.
• Proactively identifying and addressing issues to improve company processes and regulations, strengthening business procedures.
• Leading internal and external audits, including those by local and headquarter audits as required.
• Managing tax audits.
• Assisting the AFD with CIT/TP preparations.
• Handling additional tasks as required.
• Coaching and developing team members to align with the accounting department's vision.

Experience requirements

• Professional Experience: Possesses over 5 years of experience in this position.
• Attention to Detail: Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Leadership Capabilities: Exhibits strong leadership qualities, effectively leading large teams.
• Interpersonal and Analytical Skills: Holds excellent interpersonal, team-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Communication Proficiency: Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced competency in MS Office, accounting software, and database management.

Education requirements

• University degree or higher education.
