Our Client a top FMCG company is looking for a Senior Brand Activation Manager to join them

Job Responsibilities

Our Senior Brand Activation Manager is a brand management expert with responsibility and accountability for adapting cluster brand strategy and marketing activity into their local market activations based on strong local consumer and market insights to achieve brand objectives of the markets, including sales, market share, and penetration.

  • Develop optimum marketing/activity calendar in the designated local markets 
  • Coordinating with vendors and other suppliers to ensure that event details are met
  • Ensure outstanding implementation by guiding local agency teams in deployment of activities and toolkits developed by cluster marketing manager in market
  • Checking how consumers react to ongoing brand activation projects
  • Lead local-specific marketing activation including digital marketing, media, sampling, etc while ensuring strong integration & synergy with cluster plan
  • Own and develop local brand activation content (i.e. social assets, KOL posting, etc) creation process to work with both creative and media agency
  • Tracking the company’s brand marketing goals
  • Identifying brand activation concepts that fit with the brand. Localize the standard cluster communication framework with local consumer insights
  • Provide inputs to localize product claims on packaging artwork
  • Collect and analyze segment, consumer and brand data in the market to support creation and development of cluster brand marketing plan and activity calendar on behalf of the designated market
  • Analyze and review brand performance recommending revisions to local brand plans as required
  • Connect with local cross functional teams (i.e. local trade marketing) to support creation of an integrated business plan that ensures delivery of key brand initiatives in the designated market
  • Portfolio and Innovation Pipeline Management
  • Plan and execute local consumer event, e.g. local marketing-driven sampling activity
  • Liaise with local trade marketing and local sales team to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives in-store

Experience requirements

  • At least 7 plus years of working experiences in marketing related field (FMCG, 10+ years experience preferred)
  • Experience in campaign operations, brand activation planning to execution in market, portfolio management
  • Strong command in English
  • Understanding consumer insights would be a plus point

Education requirements

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related department
