Job Responsibilities

  • Payroll & related:
  • Compute monthly payroll, PIT for local & Expats, staffs’ allowances and bonus in accordance with company policies locally & globally
  • Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ costing report, PIT report and other statutory reports for relevant authorities
  • Contact PIT vendor & tax authorities to issue personal tax identification numbers, register for family deduction
  • Make a list of new issues, amendment cards, cut/ return health insurance cards to employees according to regulations
  • Manage social insurance books (new issue of SI books, close SI books for employees to resign, edit books, etc.)
  • Receive and guide employees to complete the insurance payment profile. Following procedures with the vendor to settle benefits of SHUI & Trade Union for employees.
  • Handle C&B operations and benefits administration including self-insured, group life, medical insurance as well as expatriate benefits administration.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Work with Managers & Global Headquarters to develop policies, regulations development and program execution for employee compensations, safety, welfare, wellness
  • Support Managers to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward &
  • Recognition Programs, Health Care Package, Disciplinary Actions, etc.
  • Evaluate and analyse how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction for continuous development C&B packages
  • Support Managers to conduct, prepare data for salary survey
  • Manage staff database and all related required staff documents, labour contract, overtime database
  • Assist C&B Manager in performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc. 
  • Advise and answer employees on labour regulations, collective agreements, benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures.
  •  HR System:
  • Control HRIS & other HR systems (Timesheet, Workday, Store related system, etc.), define issues & design solutions to ensure they run smoothly and effectively.
  • Be the contact point to manage HR & linked systems to maintain the operations & data accuracy
  • Analyse C&B and relevant HR processes to design workflow systems that provide seamless integration for HR applications.
  • Handle other tasks required and assigned by Managers

Experience requirements

  •  At least 3-year experiences in HR Management and C&B with strong background in C&B at similar level & role
  • Have good understanding & knowledge of Vietnam labour market, labour law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
  • Have customer service mindset
  • Good analytical skills. Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
  • Good at English both speaking & writing
  • Mature, careful and result-oriented
  • Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines

Education requirements

  • Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS system (Workday is preferable) and payroll, timesheet system
