Job Responsibilities
Compliance & Safety
Comply with company regulations, policies, and health & safety guidelines.
Ensure all employees understand and comply with PPE requirements in the workplace.
Observe and guide safe behaviors, eliminating unsafe conditions and near-miss risks.
5S Standardization
Develop and implement 5S practices.
Establish 5S commitment from employees to maintain workplace organization and efficiency.
Production Planning & Execution
Organize resources, including machines, materials, and workforce, according to production plans.
Monitor production flows and make necessary adjustments.
Oversee RCS production to ensure compliance with requirements.
Equipment & Maintenance Coordination
Work with the Maintenance team on Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities.
Ensure machines are maintained in optimal working condition.
Process Compliance & Audits
Monitor individual processes to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), production specifications, and work instructions.
Collaborate with Process Engineers to audit processes as needed.
Quality, Productivity & KPI Management
Manage production activities to achieve quality standards and meet productivity/output targets.
Ensure assigned KPIs are met.
Inventory & WIP Control
Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Training & Workforce Development
Organize and deliver training and coaching programs for employees.
Evaluate and recognize skills, fostering multi-skill development to enhance operational excellence.
Additional Responsibilities
Take on additional assignments as required by the Supervisor.
Experience requirements
Job Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
Experience in Textile, Garment, or Glove Manufacturing is preferred.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365 or SAP.
Language Skills:
Local language + English proficiency required.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
Effective planning and organizing skills.
Excellent communication and motivation skills.
Ability to empower and delegate effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Education requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
